"REY; Field Of Promise"

This was painted as my husbands 60th birthday present. His love of Brahman cattle and the magnificence of our JD Hudgens herd bull, Rey, was the inspiration for this piece! As I was working on the piece I was praying for my husband. I am a prophetic artist so in the creation process I love to ask the Lord what is on His heart for the one I am painting for. I was to a point of beginning the field that Rey was standing in. When I asked The Lord what kind of feild I was to paint I clearly heard, "A FIELD OF PROMISE" with a wave of provision rising behind him! This piece was a joy to paint! Once it was finished, a friend asked me what the name REY meant. And in spanish REY means KING. So THE KING STANDS IN A FIELD OF PROMISE! 
 
This canvas print is traditionally wrapped on  1.5" stretchers. These are constructed with excellence!
