Focus

There is a verse that talks of have a singleness of heart and a singleness of purpose. Jeremiah 32:39, "I will give them singleness of heart and action, so that they will always fear me and that all will then go well for them and for their children after them." and Hebrews 12:2, "fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." These were verses I was pondering in this season. I sensed the colors and movement and very quickly in my studio this painting came into view. A focus on the sovereignty of Christ encircled by wings of purity!
