Collection: Beyond The Veil

This piece was done during a womans conference. As I painted I just kept sensing a beautiful garden filled with the flowers of what I would imagine would have been in the book of Song of Solomon. A woman strong yet feminine . A Dove with fire in it's wings and passion in its' eye, the Dove sits upon her hand as she draws back a thin veil revealing a cleansing pure light to break through. She is "becoming" all she was created to be as the veil is removed and perfect light bathes her frame.
